Community Manager
Description:
The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, engage, and support our global community of testers. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, particularly within the tech or gaming industries, and a strong understanding of what motivates and drives community engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Tester Recruitment
- Develop and implement strategies for targeted and broad-based recruitment efforts to attract high-quality testers.
- Tester Engagement
- Identify and build a scalable platform to facilitate ongoing engagement with the tester community.
- Define and implement a variety of engagement activities, measuring success through defined metrics and feedback loops.
- Foster a sense of community among testers, encouraging participation and collaboration through innovative programs and initiatives.
- Tester Support
- Develop and maintain a robust system to address tester issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish clear guidelines and a code of conduct for testers, ensuring adherence to standards that promote a positive and professional testing environment.
Technical Skills required:
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the tech, gaming, or software testing industries.
- Experience with platform management and community engagement tools.
