Visual Designer

We are looking for a part-time/intern Visual Designer to help us create and maintain an outstanding visual ID for our brand. Ideally, the candidate should have experience creating a unified look for modern marketing channels and contributing to the look and feel of the B2B user interface. As well, candidates should have a basic understanding of B2B marketing.

Currently, our clients are in several global industries. We are a specialized software provider that provides a mix of software testing, cloud services, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate complex information and concepts through your designs. Create a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to:
  • The marketing website (blog infographics, social cards)
  • Campaign-specific landing pages
  • Social media (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Ads/Search engine marketing
  • Sales presentations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales to understand design project requirements. 
  • Build up JigenTec’s brand identity and resonate with the target audience. 
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
Technical Skills required:
  • Software Proficiency: Knowledge of industry-standard graphic design software (Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or others) is essential.
  • Basic Understanding of B2B Marketing: Familiarity with how B2B visual designers make content that highlights value propositions for brands.
  • Basic UX/UI Understanding: Familiarity with basic user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and ability to contribute to the look and feel of the UI.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to creatively address design challenges and find solutions that meet both design and marketing objectives.
  • Please provide a portfolio for application and interview.
Soft Skills required:
  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in design software and principles are a plus.
  • Video and Animation Experience: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and experience in creating animations (e.g., with Adobe After Effects) would be a valuable addition to our team's capabilities. 
  • Basic English Ability: While not a strict requirement, a basic proficiency in English can facilitate effective communication within our diverse team and contribute to a more collaborative work environment. (Full time : must-have) 
  • Knowledge of Crowdtesting: Familiarity with QA testing solutions will be an advantage.
