What You Would Be Doing:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, engaging with clients, overseeing test projects, and hiring skilled testers worldwide. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our in-house development team to streamline operations by translating business processes into software tools and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Success:
  • Serve as the main point of contact, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Understand the distinct business objectives of your accounts and propose test recommendations to achieve desired goals.
  • Monitor and assess account health, and identify opportunities to increase the value and growth of existing accounts.
  • Generate and distribute monthly invoices and credit usage reports.
  • Test Project Execution:
  • Analyze test requirements and devise effective strategies that adhere to the budget.
  • Design and disseminate test cases to testers worldwide, monitor and communicate project status with stakeholders.
  • Own the tester recruitment process and manage tester expenses.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate closely with the software development team to transform processes into software tools and features.
Technical Skills required:
  • Experience with Atlassian and Google Workspace tools.
  • Passion in software development and testing.
Soft Skills required:
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing in the software industry.
  • Experience working in a software team or startup environment.
  • Strong written, spoken, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong desire to create a meaningful impact.
