Test Manager
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Test Manager to lead our crowdtesting projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving software quality. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team of testers, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovation in testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze test requirements and devise effective strategies that adhere to the budget.
- Design comprehensive test cases and distribute them to testers worldwide.
- Oversee project progress and communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Summarize key findings from testing activities and deliver summaries to clients.
- Evaluate new testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve software quality and testing efficiency.
Technical Skills required:
- Experience with Atlassian and Google Workspace tools.
Soft Skills required:
- 3~5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a proven track record in managerial or leadership roles.
- Strong written and presentation skills in English.
- Experience working in a software team or startup environment.
- Passion in software development and testing.
